Cie Allman made quite the memorable debut in the acting biz with quite the titillating turn in 1992’s Blame It on the Vodka. It may not be Oscar-winning fare, but there is more gratuitous nudity in it than you can shake your stick at, including a few topless shots of Cie. The following year, Cie landed a guest spot on an episode of The Renegade; this, of course, would be completely forgettable were it not for some genius producer adding some Skintastic footage of Cie for the video release. Sadly, after her memorable turn as “Buxom Blonde” in 1994’s The Killing Jar, Cie vanished from the acting scene, never to be seen again.
